Steiner co-creator of aikido?

When reading about the way in which Steiner usually resolved conflicts, I have always been struck by his ability to blend and harmonize with a situation.  What is more interesting is that (as a martial artist) I have often felt that Steiner method of conflict resolution is essentially the same as that espoused in the martial arts - more specifically in the art of aikido.

But a connection has recently come to my attention which makes this especially interesting.

Rudolf Steiner died ( 'crossed the threshold' for the anthropops out there ) on March 30 1925.

Shortly thereafter, in the 'spring of 1925' (exact date unknown) Morihei Ueshiba had his first major enlightenment experience, after which he was virtually unbeatable in any conventional 'man to man' physical encounter.  It was at this point that he also (and far more importantly)  came to experience his martial art, aikido, as essentially a way for others to experience how unity and and peace can develop out of discord and aggression.

The following is from wikipedia (and is essentially a reproduction of information confirmed in other aikido texts at my disposal)

The real birth of Aikido came as the result of three instances of spiritual awakening that Ueshiba experienced. The first happened in 1925, after Ueshiba had defeated a naval officer's bokken (wooden katana) attacks unarmed and without hurting the officer. Ueshiba then walked to his garden and had a spiritual awakening.

...I felt the universe suddenly quake, and that a golden spirit sprang up from the ground, veiled my body, and changed my body into a golden one. At the same time my body became light. I was able to understand the whispering of the birds, and was clearly aware of the mind of God, the creator of the universe.

At that moment I was enlightened: the source of budo is God's love - the spirit of loving protection for all beings... Budo is not the felling of an opponent by force; nor is it a tool to lead the world to destruction with arms. True Budo is to accept the spirit of the universe, keep the peace of the world, correctly produce, protect and cultivate all beings in nature.

Is it possible that Steiner, after his death in the physical world, had some part to play in Morihei Ueshiba's enlightenment experience?

Without the faculty of clairvoyance we can only speculate.  But an unbiased view of the facts I believe will lead one to conclude that yes, there is a possibility of this.

The only question now remains, if this is true, what is its significance?

Did you know that on the

Did you know that on the day of Steiner's death the worse tornado in the history of the US hit.

FIERCE CYCLONE SWEEPS SOUTHERN ILLINOIS
LEAVING PATH OF DEATH AND DESTRUCTION

Terrible Tornado Wipes Out Many Lives In Hamilton County
  Hundreds Killed and Injured; Many Families Unaccounted For;
All In Stricken Territory Destitute and Homeless.

March 30, 1925

The most terrible tornado in the history of the country swept out of the heavens about 3 o’clock Wednesday afternoon, leaving in its wake a path of death and destruction.  The catastrophe spread over southern Illinois, wiping out nearly 1500 people at the following places:  West Frankfort, Gorham, Elizabeth, Annapolis, MO, Altonburg, MO, Griffin, Ind, and Princeton, Ind.  Over 5000 people are believed to have been killed and approximately two hundred injured in Hamilton County.  The terrible wind swept a mile strip through Hamilton County, entering near Macedonia and making its exit at St Patrick’s church at the White County line, creating one of the most devastating scenes ever witnessed.  Not a house or outbuilding in the stricken vicinity is standing, woods are torn up, roads blocked, hundreds of heads of live stock are killed and injured.

Fascinating

Fascinating...no, I did not know that...

At Steiner's cremation there are apparently eyewitness accounts of a flock of birds (doves, I think) that flew up in  a spiral about the smoke from the furnace...
